Small Victorian House Plans How Risky Is It To Buy Over Commercial Premises?

How risky is it to buy over commercial premises? - small victorian house plans

I am for the first time, a buyer with a limited budget. I saw only two rooms in a Victorian house is currently being redesigned. Looks like a great value for money. However, there is a small unit of ground floor shops. The device is not sold, I do not know how he is, but the owner has confirmed that use of a building permit for A1 or A2 only means that an office or business. You can not sell hot food or alcohol, which is empowered to carry out, on or off. We had no difficulty in providing a loan. Is it too risky to buy business premises?

Sounds like a mixed-use development - a new trend in urban areas are called discharge. I think it is a great investment that you have described. Other factors webbing supply, is like a difficult angle, the movement that is around the area and population. But I like the idea of a redesign of the whole.

I do not know what the risks of living in terms of there. However, if you sell his, can be a problem enciunter. Some mortgage lenders do not lend on properties that are on premises. In his case, even if the planning application in May to ban alcohol or food - no guarantees from the perspective of the lender, the process will continue.
